Membership Categories:
Organizations with one voting member and one alternate that participate in all Health Care Council programs and projects may serve on the Board of Directors and committees. $500
(Small community-based organizations which cannot afford $500 may pay a lesser amount)
Individuals without organizational affiliations who are interested in the work of the Health Care Council and wish to become individual voting members may serve on the Board of Directors and committees $100- $500
Organizations or individuals precluded from formal affiliation with the Health Care Council but who support the work of the Council in principle $100- $500
(Students, seniors on fixed incomes and economically disadvantaged persons are welcome to contribute whatever they can afford, or may request to become members of the Council with dues waived.)
